Same mailbox 2 PC's

I have a Jornada user that can access her Outlook mailbox here in the office as well as at home via a VPN connection.

My problem is figuring out how to make Microsoft ActivSync recognize and sync inbox, contacts, calendars etc. at both locations. It's the same mailbox.

Partnerships don't seem to do it. I know there has to be a solution, but I am stumped. Any direction is appreciated.
