Same extension rings at two different phones.

If we dial extension 2552 it rings at extension 2552 and 2352.I have checked everything and I cannot find the problem.There is no transfer (E600),no pickup or station hunting group, no station is assigned on the phone.

Here is what happen:

If I dial 2552, it will ring at 2352 but the BLF key won't light.Only the message light will be flashing.

I hope to find a solution soon because I also have another extension that does the same thing.The phones are all Dterm.

In CMD 1224 whatt is ext 2352:
1224>2352> 0 or 7
This tells the phone whether is has 16 or 24 buttons you can program line appearances on.
In CMD 9000 scroll through keys 1 -24
9000>2352,1: all the way the through 24. My bet is that you have the the other ext programmed on a button that the phone you are using does not have. I have seen people replace a 16 button phone with an 8 button and there ext is on key 13. You can answer the phone but put them on hold and you are S.O.L..
Note : even if in cmd 1224 your ext is a 7 scroll all the way through to key 24 in 9000.

Bingo!!! That's right look what I've found on button 23:

1224>2352:7- (16 line)
9000>2352,23:2552
