Greetings to all,

i am new with msexchange .

i have small business server 2003.

i have 3 different users : Steve - Allan - Carine.

i would like that all the 3 users send emails with the same corporate email = info@companyabc.com.
( and not with there user name : steve@companyabc.com, allan@companyabc.com, ... )

is it possible ?
how to do it ?

thanks for your help.
best regards
steve

You can either setup a separate mailbox or a public folder with info@company.com as e-mail address. Then give these 3 individual users Send As permissions to the mailbox or public folder. Then when the 3 users send mail they will have to specify this address in the from field before sending the e-mail.

Hope this helps.

I'm trying to do the same thing, How do you set up the public folder with the email address info@company.com?

Thanks in advance for your help

Create the public folder either through Outlook or go to System manager and create it there. After it has been created right click the public folder and choose mail enable then you can go in to the properties and change the SMTP address to whatever you want. On permissions, Anonymous should have contributor so external people can send mail to it.
