Same 20 Event Errors every minute

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this problem? I cannot get any help from Technet. Thanks.

are you by chance running ISA server or some other proxy software? any other errors in the event viewer? DNS issues?

We dont have ISA server nor suspicious errors in DNS. This is being shown only in our Exchange 2000 server.
