I am trying to connect a Windows 2003 server to a HPUX server with SAMBA. The Windows server is not in a active directory domain. Can this be done? I only see references to PCs connecting. I have the same user account on both servers and also in SAMBA. When I attempt to put in the unc name from my Windows box, I get authentication or network provider errors. I need a starting point.
