Greetings everyone!
First, execuse me for my action "ask first without reading other topics", but my problem is REALLY urgent!
Can anyone help me with really usefull tutorial concerning administrating & managing user accounts and rights under SAMBA v3.0.2a on FreeBSD v4.9 STABLE in DOMAIN CONTROLLER mode?
I want to migrate my Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition to FreeBSD as domain controller, managed by SAMBA, because my clients (still, not avoidable) works on NT/2000/XP workstations.
I've successfuly installed SAMBA, but when it comes to managing the shared resources the following happens:
Logged users in XXX domain (even those assigned as admins - wheel) can manage only their new copied files...
To generalize the problem: I need help about User Account & Permission Rights Management in Domain, maintained by SAMBA on FreeBSD.
Thank you in advance!
