samba- how can i copy file from windows to linux

I can list some of the shared files on my windows 2000 from my linux machine (smbclient //server/share).I dont know how to copy those files to my linux machine.I want to do the copying from linux machine
 
I think what Robert means is that ionce you have made the connection with smbclient, ftp-like commands can be used to move files- get, put. mget etc.

You can also use smbtar to grab stuff from a share, and you can mount Windows shares using smbsh or smbmount if your Samba was compiled for it. See the relevant man pages. Tony Lawrence

Thank you all for sharing the knowledge.I finally get it working ,big up to you all.I used "get filename" and that is okay for me.
