Samba Courseware?

I'm a tech instructor for a training company in Colorado. We want to offer a Samba course but are having trouble finding any courseware. "How to use Samba" information is easy to find, of course, but we're looking for something with lab scenarios geared toward a logical progression of knowledge in a classroom environment.

Any other trainers out there or students who have attended Samba courses that can recommend something decent? Any additional thoughts would also be welcome.
