I'm trying to get printer sharing setup with Samba, I got the server setup and I can connect and see the printers and shares. When I install the printer, I go to properties and I get a protection fault, if I try to print to it, whatever program I'm using crashes. However, windows creates "Auto" versions of the printers, IE "Auto HP_Deskjet_5550". First, what are these auto printers and why have I never seen them before? Second, what's causing these protection faults and how can I fix it? If need be, I can certainly post my samba configuration. Thanks for any help!
