Many of my sites running with McAfee are suddenly finding this trojan. Not only does the detection screen show this as being cleaned but my ctl srvr says it it not started though it seems to be started just fine. Now daily my terminals are waiting to grind. Anyone else experiencing any difficulties with any of this?

Was it a false alarm? What was the virus alert?

Try this... Disable the antivirus resident scanning for a day and see what happens.

I had Vexira deployed for all my Aloha systems, and to alleviate problems, rules were set to exclude certain types of files from being scanned, as well as application monitoring disabled for the %IBERDIR%\BIN directory.

Other exclusions would be the %IBERDIR%\EDC directory and exclude the virus scanner from touching the RDF (Command Center) application if you are using it. I have the whole breakdown, but find out first if the antivirus program is the culprit. Personally never like McAfee for business use.
