Saleslogix Intergration with IP Office

Can anyone tell me if there is any way to get Sage Saleslogix to work with the AVAYA IP Office to pop screens etc.
I have seached and seached and cannot find any sensible answers.
Any comments would be appreciated!

I would imagine it should be possible. But you'll need to find someone to write the middleware that will integrate the two. Avaya do not supply this. They can supply you with the SDK kit to write your own implementation but that's about it.

What country are you in? There are lots of people out there that can do it.
