Hello,
I am using SalesLogix 6.2.4 with Crystal 8.5.
Slx contains datagrids with multiple rows populated with picklists. I have witten a formula to populate a checkbox in my report for each row on the datagrid. I can only get one checkbox populated using if,then statement.

How can I write a formula that will encompass all rows of the datagrid?

I think we need more information to try to help. Saleslogix is not a widely used app.

Thanks for looking at this, I'm very new to crystal, with minimal query experience.

I am using this formula, or a version for each item.

if{FORMICALIBRARYINV.SAMPLEDEVICE}="Chain set"and {FORMICALIBRARYINV.LIBRARYTYPE}="AHWF"then "X"

data is coming from a table like this
Sample Device Library Type
Chain set AHWF

My crystal lists all possible table entries, all sample items, with a box, which should contain the X if the item is listed for that account. Only one on each account shows the X even though there are multiple.
