I am following the notes I found to setup salesforce with ipo on the ipoffceassistance page. but when I log into my salesforce page I don't get the Avaya dialer on the top left like I have seen in the youtube video it just says connect CTI adaptor, and nothing happens if you try to click on it?

any thoughts on how to trouble shoot this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I've had one where we ran the firewall batch file on the user PC and it solved similar problems. Worth a shot.
