Dear all, in the past i have used SalesForce with R8.1 and One-X Portal and power user licenses, as per page 150, installing Avaya IP Office 13.2.

I have recently installed an R10 unit, with One-X, and when logging in as a user under the Configure -> Desktop Integration, there is no Avaya IP Office CTI Adapter to either download or installed as oart if the one-X Call Assistant.

Any ideas please? I can see it is mentioned in R9.1, has this been SalesForce integration via One-X Portal been dropped for R10?

Yes. salesforce removed support for it in 2015.

Thanks holdmusic34, bit of a pickle now... i had asked my Avaya distributor if it was still included and they said "yes no features are removed from Avaya"... any ideas on what would be needed to integrate?

There are 3rd party integrations available.
Communicator for Web also integrates with Salesforce so it depends what your requirements are.
