I have the plugin working with Firefox. My question is the user takes a call and it pops the account in Salesforce, what should happen if a second call comes in? Should it pop and open the 2nd account, or stay on the first? The customer is asking for it to open the 2nd call account info. My logic tells me that is a Salesforce limitation as all the IPO is doing is sending ANI.
