Sales Transaction Windows not opening

Forgive me if this is an obvious question but some of our users get nothing when they try to open the Sales Transaction Entry form, that is to say no form appears and no action occurs. I can log on as a different user on the same computer and no problem so I am guessing that they have halted some process that has left them hanging in a table somewhere that is stopping the form from opening. Any ideas would be welcome.

They do not have access to the windows. Use security to fix this.

Thanks for the insight. I should have been a little more clear. I did look at Advanced Security and they all seemed to have access to the form etc. So I ran verify and what it indicated was that it could not find the custom form version of the Sales Transaction Entry window. I reverted back to the original form and all is OK now, or appears to be but what I am guessing this is telling me is that someone has in the past modified the form and was saved to the local dict file and that now the local dict file is either corrupt or has been overwritten. I guess my next issue is trying to discern how this form was customized and why. Again I am completely new to Great Plains so this is sort of like fumbling in the dark.
