I am relatively new to Peoplesoft Enterprise One and also to this forum.
We are using release E 810.
I have heard that there is a UBE that exists that will run and purge qualifying records from the Sales Order (F4211) to the Sales Order History (F42119).
I had thought it was in the Global Updates menu but I do not see it there.
We have all of our sales update batches set to "purge to history" in the processing options. However, we've noticed that some records remain in the F4211 even though they meet the purge criteria -- it's very strange.
Anyway, I am looking to run a program that will purge these records -- since the sales update will no longer do it because they are at a status of 999.
Any assitance is greatly appreciated.
