Sales Order Entry - Extended Item Description

My company is currently using MAS 200 V4.0. As everyone probably already knows, you are able to enter an 'Extended Description' for item numbers. In inventory inquiry the pop up screen for the extended description does not appear automtically. But in Sales Order Entry it does. We want to start utilizing the extended description on a majority of our products but do not want the annoyance of the pop up screen showing up automatically. Instead, we only want it to appear if we specifically click on the extended item description button.

Does anyone know how to customize MAS so it does not pop up by itself?

Click on the Defaults tab BEFORE starting sales order entry and uncheck the Item Description box.
