So Radiant is useless. Three messages with tech support should get a call back, right? Anyway, we had an issue with our POS system on the 30th last month and some of our sales are missing from that day. Can anyone tell me how I could go about getting them back? I'm not exactly sure what caused the issue as I wasn't here that day. I'm on Aloha 6.0.3 Thanks!

Missing partial sales are contributed to only a couple of things.
An end of day ran in the middle of shift, or a terminal was put in redundancy, it came out at the normal end of day process and there is a dated sub folder sitting on it. A dealer or Radiant can combine the two back together.
Or worse case scenario is somehow or someone deleted the trans.log in the middle of day.
Run different reports and see if you can determine which terminal had issue and if it was am or pm time when you lost it.

you can also look for a file called mirror.log with a date and
time for the sales you are looking for.

The master terminal shares the trans.log and information with the server and other terminals. If the trans.log's on one or more machines doesn't match then a Mirror.log is created (backup of trans.log).

It's easy to combine two trans.log's if you can find them on a terminal in a dated sub.
