Sales Commissions

I'm trying to track commission earned by sales person.

1) I've already checked the "Track Commission by Sales"
in OE Setup
2) Enter the Commission Rate for each sales person
3) Set-up salesman

After creating some sales transactions, when i print the Salesperson Commission report, the report shows 0.

Is there anything else that i need to set.
I want to track commision by the Sales made.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Yes I did. No matter what other reports I run, all information is there. With the one exception of the commission report. That will not register.

How about the setup for that Customer? Did you attach a salesperson to it on the Invoicing tab?

Yes, every customer has a salesperson assigned to it.

IC Categories 'Allow Commissions' checked?

No it is not, but I am not allowed to check. When editing the 'Item Master Maintenance' all spots can be checked, except that one. I assume this is the box you are refering to? It is in the settings tab?

In order to highlight the commission box in 'Item Maintenance', you must assign all IC categories a product line. Once that is done, the box xan be checked and all commission reports can be run. Thanks for everyones help.

I hope you are talking about Accpac Pro Series and not Accpac Advantage Series, because none of that makes sense to me

Yes, I am talking about the ProSeries. I guess they are similar since you were able to place me on the road to my solution.

LOL! No wonder Ettienne and I were confused, we're Advantage series guys.. That's amazing how similar they are in this respect.
