Sales Commission

Dear All,
Good Morning.
We have a scenario related to Sales Commissions. We have two different sales commission ie 6% and 8% for the same sales person for different customers. May I know how to map this in MAS 90.
What I observed in the system is for only one commission rate.
Second question is in A/R Setup options, the Check box for Commissions Paid on Paid Invoices only is disabled. As we using this option May I know how to enable this option.

I believe you must have retain detail set to ON in the A/R module in order to select commissions on paid invoices.
