Hi,

This I hope wil be simple, but I can not see how to do it as I am fairly new to Access.

I have a main sales data table with "Sales Period", "Company" and "Total Sales". Each Company is joined to a "Regions" Table which in turn is joined to a Table stating if the "Region" is "International" or "Americas".

I need to create a chart based on a query showing the sales for each "Period" for "International", " Americas" and in addition "Total". I can do this easily with a query for the existing "International" & "Americas", but can not figure out how to add in a "Total" ! I realise it needs to be done via the query, but can not get my mind around how to add that in ?

Any help would be much appreciated

Neil
