We have a client who is working on dual branding in his restaurant. The way we have configured the system is to group each of the menu items in different concepts. The problem we have is that when we get the sales report by concept, the sum of the sales by concept (which can be Direct or net) does not match the total sales of the total sales report. Does anyone know what information is considered in the direct sales report by concept and in the net sales report by concept. Is there a way to obtain information on this issue?
