Anyone have any experience using CRMaddons Sales Automation Manager? We have agents who recieve calls and would like to create a more automated follow up procedure. Like most sales organizations, our agents are having a difficult time with the follow up on prospects we didn't sell. We have a unique situation in that our prospects are potential "buyers" every 6 months.
My first impression of the program was that it is simply a reminder for the agent to contact the prospect. That's something that can be accomplished with scheduling an activity. I must be missing something, but it still comes down to the agent speaking to the prospect.
