Sales and Techincal Information?

I received a Norstar Handbook (Issue 7.0 from March 2000) from the person I purchase the phone systems from. This Handbook explains all the Norstar Systems. It is more of a sales tool than anything else. It gives a description to what each product does and its uses. Does anyone know if there is a updated version of this type of manual and where I can obtain a copy? If not, is there any manuals or sites that would help answer pre-sales questions. Or a site or manual that has part numbers that help identify parts
(ie. the different slot cards) or versions? I am new to the Nortel system and any help is greatly appreciated

As far as the handbook goes you have the latest version out. by reading the compatable with section on each card you will get a feeling on where these cards can be installed. the installers guide has more info but not too great on part numbers. JerryReeve
