salary calculator

I'm trying to find a script for an online calculator for my company's intranet. I've found a few that are ok, but not great....the one I've found most is on

but i don't want the overtime stuff in there. i'm not familiar enough with programming to customize it myself. what i actually need is 2 calculators, one for hourly employees and one for salaried, that both take the gross pay, allow the user to input their own tax rate, allow the user to input a percentage OR dollar amount of a deduction, and then calculate take-home pay. end goal: to be able to see how much varying the amount of deduction will affect pay.

I saw that one, but frankly can't figure out how to copy it and customize for the state of SC. any ideas?
