SAL3.dll file is linked to missing export KERNEL32.dll

Just installed Openoffice version 1.9.79.

Windows 98SE works fine.

Two PC's that have Windows 95 report this error and the program does not load.

'The SAL3.dll file is linked to missing export KERNEL32.dll'

Any idea?

According to the System Requirements spec for OOo 2.0 beta (aka 1.9), Windows 98/2k is needed.
