SAL Server Long Connection Durations

We are running a standalone SAL Server that shows long connection intervals via port 443 to Avaya IP 135.11.X.X. Is this normal?

I know the SAL server generates heartbeats to Avaya and sends alarms via SNMP but we should expect shorter connection intervals for this traffic.
