Sage300 2021 Webscreen AP lock batch

When you have a batch open in Sage there is a resource locked placed on that batch to prevent other people from doing bad things to your batch while you're working on it.
Perhaps how they are closing the batch is impacting their ability to set the batch as ready to post?
