Sage X3 Error - While clicking on SQL Query tool

Dear Team,

Can i get help on Sage X3 error. When I click on menu SQL Query tool in Sage X3 ERP,
system is throwing an error : VALEUR : Index Incorrect, following with other error as attached..

Can anybody help ? please its bit urgent..
