Sage VIP Payroll 1

Hi,
I know this is the Accpac forum, however since VIP is owned by Sage maybe someone here knows VIP and can tell me whether there is a simple way of emailing payslips to employees.
Seems a bit overkill having to buy their InfoSlip module for something basic like emailing payslips.

VIP is an animal of it's own kind, nothing in common with Sage or Accpac. If you are familiar with PrintBoss then you can modify the VIP report and have it email the payslips.

Thanks ettienne. But how would PrintBoss know which email address the payslip needs to be sent to?
Or does it integrate with VIP?

That's for you to figure out
The basic principal is that the email address is stored on the employee record, right? You include the email address on the payslip report with the PrintBoss tags - PrintBoss picks up the tags and processes the report and emails it to the email address on the report identified by the tags. That will only work if VIP prints Crystal Reports, otherwise get their module.
