Sage upgrade from 5.4 to 5.5 error

Hi all,

Am getting the below error when upgrading from 5.4 to 5.5 and when am trying to activate GL.

Load of system manager roto events
Activate failed; You must restart Sage accpac ERP to recover.

What could be the issue.
Thanks.

1. Restore from backup.
2. Make sure you have the latest service packs for 5.5.
3. Do the upgrade on a clean XP Vmware image.
