sage unable to connect to database error 129

Hi there, can you please help solving this issue?

SAGE 300 ERP VERSION 61, PREMIUM EDITION, PU5, MSSQL2012, SP1, WINDOWS SERVER 2012.

The problem is When I run dbsetup the error “database error (operation=create-table, error=102) “ comes up and all the users can’t login to system as they are getting this error "Invalid user Id. the connection user id specified in the system database profile is not valid"

Edit the system database and reenter the user ID and password.
