Is sage support site changed? we need to download the service packs from the sage support site.

Please suggest where should i download the service pack.

yes i knew this link but our business partner id and password does not take in this site.

Contact your Sage rep, there are new login ID's.

To answer your question, yes they have changed the layout. My boss, who's an accpac consultant, had to call Sage in order to find out how to access certain items.

If at first you don't succeed, then sky diving wasn't meant for you!

The BP has to enable the CC user IDs.
