Not sure this is in the right forum

We have a windows 2003 terminal server, i have just installed sage accounts 2007, there is no group policiy in place yet and the users have local admin rights.

The problem im having only certain users can get passed the splash screen when logging into sage and the others get struck at the splash screen

ANy help is most grateful as ive been looking at this for hours

Standard questions to ask;

- Have you installed Sage as a terminal services app or you just installed as yourself
- Have you checked the vendor site for best practices regarding running this software under TS (as it may not be supported)
