Hi Anyone experienced the following problem with Sales Analysis:

1. Sales Analysis is working if the license is unregistered with 30-days expiration but once you registered. The error is "An unexpected error occurred while checking the license. Error #1402."

2. Sales Analysis SQL database not compatible with Latin1_General_Bin, make sure SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS (SQL default) your database collation before you activate this module. Once activated Sales Analysis, this program automatic created another SQL database with UNI at the end of the database filename. For example the SAMINC, now the new additional SQL database with name SAMINCUNI is for Sales Analysis only with SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS databse collation.

3. Database Dump not included Sales Analysis table.

Sales Analysis is a flaky program. Most companies stopped using it and do reporting from OESHDT (OE sales history detail) using other reporting tools.

1. I suspect your Sage installation folder is the default c:\program files(86x)\sage\sage 300 erp\yada yada?
2. Yes that is so
