Sage Erp 300 2017 Error (When open Company Database)

Hi,
I'm tryng to Open Accpac but I'm getting the following message error when I try to open my company database. Sage ERP 300 2017.It just close the program without giving an error.
I run dbspy this is what I get.( see dbspy report below

I would try a re-install of the system manager. Check your anti-virus logs as well. Closing with no error message sounds odd. The dbSpy log looks fine.
