Sage CRM

Looking at Sage CRM to add to our ERP5.5 deployment. Does anyone have any strong opinions about it - for or against? We currently use Sugar but pretty limitedly and I'm wondering if we should continue on Sugar, jump in with Sage CRM or look at other options.

If you are on Accpac 5.5 then you have a 2 user license for Sage CRM and you can evaluate it for as long as you like. I'm Sage CRM certified so I'm biased towards Sage CRM, it's a good product and works well with Accpac. Check it out, you have nothing to loose.

My only issue with CRM is that it is web based. I don't like viewing things one page at a time. That aside the architecture is very slick and extendible and you can add in your own databases and reports to get a high level of integration with custom applications.
