Hola,
I just installed Sage CRM 6.2 Full (calls itself Sage CRM 200 v6.2) in my development ERP 500 5.5a environment along with a matching license key the installer liked just fine (reported as two licenses available). I had it install the demo data so I have something to look at. When I go to login I get
"Permitted number of user licenses exceeded."
I've tried restarting and that's not doing it. Anything obvious come to mind? Where can I find log data [nothing shows up in event viewer] to help me debug this - I've poked around the CRM install directory and things look fine (even the log files I looked at). I peeked in the DB and it created the CRM DB and there are plenty of tables with rows.
Queso?
thanks

The licenses are for named users, the sample data has more named users than the 2 you have available so that is why it is complaining. Edit the Users table in the CRM database and set User_Resource to True for all users except ADMIN and CRM.
