Sage Accpac UI container error 1

When we log onto the remote screen the following message may pop up: Sage Accpac UI container encountered a problem and needed to close. This message can be expanded to reveil an error signature: szAppName: A4WCONTAINERXP.EXE etc etc

This message pops up before we log on to ACCPAC! The message can be closed and all runs well. It may pop up at a later time again. I am not certain if there is a pattern to the occurance, but it appears to happen after other users have logged into ACCPAC.

We run V5.4 with the latest service packs. We use MS server 2003 and MS SQL

99% of the time it means users have end-tasked UIs, or their sessions have been forceably logged off.
