Sage access probs on client to 2k server

I have just intsalled Sage ver 9 on the works new server = no problems. I run the netset.up from the client pc and when I run the program on the clients I get

Error accressing file \\servername\sage\accounts

Access is denied

then the program shuts download on the client. I could not find any help on Sage
