Sage 300 OE Picking slip Print orientation changes after preview

Hi

I read another post about this from a few years ago.
In Order Entry I have a client that has recently upgrade to 6.7 and we modified the Picking slip. Now it wont print properly, it looks fine on preview but prints sidweays. I have tried it on different machines. The file is in the OE67a/eng folder. It doesn't matter if you select Portrait it will not stay, I have changed it in the report and preview before printing.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can locate the _P.ism file for one of the users affected and delete it. Also, check the properties of the printer that you're sending the output to and make sure it isn't forcing the output to landscape.

Try printing to PDF.

Then printing the PDF to the printer.
