Hi All,

We are experiencing from time to time the error "You do not have a license to use the product" in Client side... We had to restart the server the it run without that error... But next day the same occurred. When we check in the Event Viewer the below error details display:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {6DF8CB71-153B-4C66-8FC4-E59301B8011B}
and APPID
{961AD749-64E9-4BD5-BCC8-ECE8BA0E241F}
to the user NT SERVICE\SQL Server Distributed Replay Client SID (S-1-5-80-3249811479-2167633679-2115734285-1138413726-166979568) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

What should we do to resolve this please.
Thanks in advance.

That message means that Sage cannot access the Shared Data folder and happens before Sage tries to make a connection to SQL.

Hi
I made the shared folder to be accessed by Sage, but the problem still persist!

Hi all.

Our customer regularly face this challenge with Sage 300 ERP 2019 Advance Edition and hence failing to Log In as attached picture shows, “You do not have a license to use this product” when log in to Sage in the client side. We tried many things including setting access right to the shared folder but still they get the same error.

Sometime it works when we restart the server, but again the next day it brings the same error and/or sometimes it works fine.
Could you please support us on that once and for all so that our customer works smoothly with no complain! Or Channel me to the right person to assist please.

Please do the needful.

Thanks
Francis.
