Depending on the cost possibly to buy one. But may have to write one. The macro would need to bring up all the orders with a specific item where their is insufficient stock to fill all the orders and the user will manually spread the stock across the outstanding orders in quantity shipped and then produce invoices for all orders after the allocation.
There will be multiple items on each pass. Where there is sufficient stock all items will be shipped. But allocation only on items with insufficient stock.
Also - depending on your budget, most warehouse management systems will have functionality for what you're looking for.
Otherwise you're in for some writing to do the stock allocation. Creating the order via a macro isn't that hard. You can record the steps and then clean up the macro that is started for you. The code to do all of that stock allocation is where most of your effort is going to go.
