Safenet Softremote error

Hi all,


I am new to this VPN thingy and I would like to seek any experts help on this.

Recently, I configure a VPN connection on my Softremote program to connect to my Zywall 35. Upon connection, the log viewer display this error " no_proposal_chosen" and I cannot connect to my office network. Does anyone know what this means?

..sorry, i'm not familiar with equipment..

but did a quick google search, advanced find..found 900 pages..
...check the below link..states specifically something is wrong with phase two
