Safeboot has been corrupted error 92h

Hi,
Yesterday, My laptop crashed and upon reboot, I am getting message "safeboot has been corrupted error 92h"

Could someone help me out in recovering my data. This is a HP laptop and I won't get any support either from HP or MCAFee.
