Safe Mode PHP & Open Base Dir in Virtual Host

Hi.
I have an Apache web server with PHP and mysql. I want to configure some of my virtual hosts with with diferent PHP settings. I want to set PHP options 'Safe_Mode' and 'Open_Base_Dir' in these virtual hosts only. Have any an idea how to do that?
