I just build a brand new computer starting from scratch.. when i install window vista it keep coming into the safe mode menu. if i click on safe mode it goes through if i click on start window normally it keep restarting on itself and i cant log into window.. help

When was the last time it booted in to Normal Mode? Obviously you completed Setup successfully (did you?) and ended up in Normal Mode at least once. What have you changed since that moment?

Do you have options on the Safe Mode screen for "Last Known Good Configuration" or Turn Off Automatic Restarts?

Unplug any attached hardware devices such as USB's etc., see if it boots then.

From Safe Mode remove any recent Drivers that you have installed.

From Safe Mode try these to see if you can get it booting.
