Safe and Free PST Recovery Tool

Hello,

We are using Outlook 2007 on an older Win 7 computer.

There are no backups.

There is an 18GB pst file that is corrupt.

ScanPST is not repairing this file.

Is there any free pst recovery sofware out there, that is safe to download?

I see a lot of options such as: or
I am a little hesitant to use this or any other PST Recovery Tools. (Due to unsafe links, malware, or virus concerns. I am worried about using this software on our network.)
