I have a problem with send all calls button.
There were 2 times, when it automatically deactivated on 6416D+ phone, after about 8:00 hours in the morning.
Why this is happening? I can't see nothing in events log.

Are there other stations that have a SAC button assigned with that extension? You may want to run 'list usage extension x' to verify that it is not administered on another station.
There is also a feature named extension that can turn it off. See if the extension has any off-pbx access configured and if there is an FNE for send all calls cancel.
